Shane has extensive experience in advising clients on a broad range of taxation issues, on both a domestic and international level. He has significant experience in advising both public and private clients on tax issues arising from structuring, restructuring and mergers and acquisitions and gained specific experience with many industries including mineral, oil and gas, property and funds management sectors.
