KD Johns & Co was established in June 2002, emerging from international firm Andersen. The Directors of KD Johns & Co, Keith Johns, Martina Crowley, Marc Worley and Shane Cassey were either Partners or Senior Managers in Andersen's Tax Division in Perth.
